Emerging Leaders Program Class of 2019
HM Health Solutions, the tech subsidiary of Highmark Health, has an Associate in the Emerging Leaders Program (ELP), a two-year early career development program for recent graduates interested in the field of information technology.
We are currently recruiting for our Emerging Leaders Program Class of 2019 and believe that KU students would be a great fit for the program (details below).
- Full time position starting after graduation in January 2019 or June 2019
- Program Duration: 2 years, comprised of four, six month rotations focusing in track specific discipline
- Three Career Tracks:
- Project Management/Business Analysis
- Application Development
- Security
- Criteria:
- Recently earned Bachelor's/Master’s degree
- 3.5 GPA or higher
- Relevant Internship(s)
- Leadership/extracurricular involvement
- Sponsorship not provided
