POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES

 
  • Receive, inventory and configure new equipment.
  • Cable manage workstations and install equipment.
  • Upgrade hardware in existing computers and printers.
  • Troubleshoot, repair and install computer systems (PC) and mobile devices (iOS / Android).
  • Configure and automate software installations.
  • Respond to daily user requests and resolve issues in a proactive manner.
  • Log time and problem resolutions via IT ticket system.
  • Participate in planning and implementation of multi-scale projects. 
 
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

 
  • This internship is open to Information Technology / Computer majors only.
  • Solid communication skills and willingness to work in a team environment a must.
  • Detail-oriented, hardworking and enthusiastic.
  • Able to work independently when requested.

T-Mobile USA Digital Forensics Internship (undergraduate)

Job Description:    
This internship is to provide dedicated and specialized Digital Forensic support and case development assistance to the Corporate Investigations Team and other business partners as warranted. To provide eDiscovery support for the Corporate Investigations team and the Legal Affairs Department on a variety of litigation and/or employment matters.

Responsibilities:
  • Utilizes T-Mobile proprietary software and applications to collect and preserve documents and digital evidence.
  • Supports various types of investigations and litigation, working in coordination with Corporate Investigators, Attorneys and Paralegals.
  • Performs forensic preservations of laptops, desktops, and other digital media. 
  • Also responsible for other Duties/Projects as assigned by business management


Qualifications:
Strong problem solving abilities and strong critical thinking.
Proven ability to maintain the integrity of confidential information.
Knowledge of computer systems and network infrastructure
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Knowledge of data collection and preservation techniques
Preferred Major: Digital Forensics, Computer science, Information Technology, or related field

Locations:
Positions could be located in Bellevue, WA or Allentown, PA.
