Small Blandon Company Administrator and IT position

Blandon Family Veterinary Practice is looking for a person to do administration with a skill set as follows.  They should have good abilities in marketing, social media, website management, word processing for the creation and upkeep of standard operating procedures for the team, scheduling, inventory and purchasing skills, some ability to assist the technician with animal handling, a strong base in reception and customer service skills as they will be the supervisor to that position and pitching in on that duty when the receptionist is swamped.  One big skill set we need this candidate to have is that they are familiar with computer systems and network upkeep.  Our practice is fully computerized, with paperless medical records.  Our phones are a VOIP directly through our computer system.  If and when any of the software or networking goes on the fritz here, we're crippled.  So that candidate needs to be on the spot to quickly diagnose and get us back up and running.

Blandon Family Veterinary Practice is a unique veterinary facility.  We are intentionally small, trying to keep a stated personal, family-practice feel to the business, yet top quality and modernized in level of care and with the tools and methods of patient care.  Please check out our website and Facebook page to better get a feel of who we are here.

Interested Candidates should contact:
