In an environment where the managers are friendly and supportive, you will have the training you need to perform basic troubleshooting and resolve issues within a timely manner or escalate problems when necessary.

Your success will be measured upon how engaged and focused you are during the training period, and how well you integrate with the level 1 support team. Common attributes of successful level 1 support professionals within this environment include top notch communication skills, the ability to visualize issues and resolve them over the phone with an end user who may not understand a lot about technology, proper documentation skills, coachability, and continued motivation to enhance your skill set every day!
If you are comfortable in a call center environment (cubicles, head sets, constant calls etc.) and you’re excited to help employees resolve issues so they can continue to perform for the company, we want to talk to you! The hours may vary; for new hires the schedule is typically 4, ten hour days. The pay is around $14/hr. with the opportunity to increase over time.
