This position is a project-based, part-time opportunity, to be paid by 1099, with no benefits offered at this time. Initial project opportunity: Laserfiche Application Developer

Summary 

Pileatus Consulting LLC seeks an experienced Application Developer to create custom content management process solutions. This position primarily entails development of automated business processes using the Laserfiche suite ofEnterprise Content Management (ECM) tools. 
For context, a typical example would be the development of a process to request and authorize expenses, for example travel expenses: (1) submission of request (using online forms tools), (2) routing for approval and notification (using workflow tools), and (3) archival of decision (using repository and metadata tools). 
While Laserfiche experience is beneficial, candidates with web development skills and experience with other content management systems (CMS) should be well qualified for this position. 

Responsibilities 

• analysis of customer requirements and current process definition to create a step-by-step process flow 
• overlay customer requirements with Laserfiche feature capabilities to specify process development requirements 
 • communicate design with the customer and project team, collect feedback, iterate design as necessary 
• execute design using the Laserfiche toolset – create forms, workflows, respository items, and related components 
• test design solution across full set of operating conditions, document test plans and results 
• support rollout of solution, integration with existing systems, user training, and maintenance of processes 
• support administration of customer systems and processes, as needed 
• general collaboration with other developers to build skills and increase robustness of designs 

Required Skills 

• web development skills, including demonstrated experience with HTML, CSS, and related technologies 
• web customization skills, including JavaScript, jQuery, form tools, and related technologies 
• database skills, including SQL queries, table definition and datatypes, Mgmt Studio, and related concepts 
• basic understanding of coding techniques, including variables and structure, and a demonstrated proficiency with any applicable coding language 
• advanced coding skills, including C#, VB.NET, and related technologies are a plus 
• ECM and/or CMS skills, particularly workflow tools and development, metadata, and related concepts 
• strong organizational skills, applied to project management, requirements and task tracking, prioritization 
• strong verbal and written communication skills, ability to interface with customers and other developers, ability to document design specifications and training materials 
• no specific education levels are required, as relevant experience is highly valued

Overview

Univest is looking for an entry level IT Field Engineer to join our Souderton, PA team.  

Responsibilities

  • Respond to infrastructure incidents via ticketing system
  • Provide professional, customer service across all Univest locations and diverse business units.
  • Drive to Univest sites in SE PA regional area to move, install, fix, and replace systems.
  • Troubleshoot basic and complex desktop, application, phone and connectivity issues
  • Accurately prioritize each incident and assign to the proper IT support group.
  • Work in conjunction with Tier 2 IT support to resolve issues. Be Tier 2 IT support in specific technologies over time.
  • Contribute positively to enhance and improve call handling and ticket resolution including creating end user training material and knowledge base articles.
  • Move and configure network, AV, & PC hardware and software.
  • Work flexible hours as needed.
  • Responsible for compliance with laws and regulations that applies to this position, including the Univest Code of Conduct
  • Perform all other duties as assigned.

Qualifications


Minimum education and work experience required for this position include:

  • Minimum 7-10 years of experience in IT industry, preferably in a financial services or consulting organization
  • BS or BA degree, preferably in technology/business or equivalent
  • Relevant certifications such as CISSP, SANS, CCNA/P/E or other known technical certifications are a plus
  • Development experience with python, ruby, lambda is a plus.
Key Competencies:

  • Ability to think with a security mindset. The successful candidate has a strong IT background with in-depth knowledge of several key security practice area: network/host security; cloud security; security architecture.
  • Adaptability and flexibility to work on a variety of assignments as defined by constantly evolving priorities.
  • Knowledge of AWS or Azure Cloud technologies, Active Directory, Authentication/Authorization protocols, and SSO technologies.
  • Knowledge of NIST, CIS, and CCM security controls.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills including the ability to interact directly with customers that do not have an IT background.
  • Strong presentation skills involving large and of varying IT background audiences.

Server Side Web Developer

CISS is looking for an programmer with skills in:

  • Server side web development for VB.Net/C#/Jquery
  • Internet Information Services (IIS)

General Responsibilities:

  • Ongoing development and support of Inventory Pro OnLine (IPOL) and Mobile products
  • Ongoing product develop

Position could possibly include some travel to client sites for product installation, training and support reasons.  Trips are generally 1 or 2 days long with the very occasional trip that would last longer.  Trips would be relatively rare.
