Must Haves:
- Active directory, Group policy, Service desk experience, Application support
- Asked about Group Policy experience, her response: I need someone who knows Group Policy. This position will need to learn the policies that are in place. They must know how to update existing and create new ones.
Role Synopsis: Supporting about 1500 user and 800 mailboxes all over US and Canada. They do a lot of remote desktop support, upgrade/installation of applications
