Position:
The Senior IT Compliance Analyst is a key position within Genesis Information Security and Compliance. The Analyst is responsible for ensuring that IT controls are designed, executed and tested in support of Genesis Compliance programs for HIPAA, SOX,
PCI and relevant State and Federal Privacy and Data Management laws. RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES: Responsible for the maintenance and management of the IT Controls inventory, Processs Documents and Process Narrative. Ensures annual review and control
owner certification of the controls. Supports, coordinates and where needed, executes the periodic (annual, quarterly, monthly) testing of IT Controls in support of HIPAA, SOX and PCI Compliance and the Genesis Information Security Framework Responsible for
composing and/or presenting Compliance Assessment Reports Provides management reports on controls operating effectiveness, testing statuses and operational metrics Support Third Party requests for IT Compliance reports. Provides data for periodic Compliance
Committee, Audit Committee and Board reports Provide support as requested or needed to Internal Audit, Compliance, Human Resources or Legal Departments for Compliance investigations. Performs other duties as requested. Additional Specifications Bachelor of
Science Degree One or more professional certifications (preferred) incuding but not limited to: CISA, CIA, CISSP, CISM, or GIAC (GSEC, GSNA, GCUX or GCWN) Project Management experience Experience working closely with technical and non-technical peers simultaneously
Experience with tools/applications such as or similar to: ServiceNow, Teamwork, Zoom, MS Office (Excel)
