Information Technology Specialist (Forensic Examiner)

• GS 7 – GS 13 (Field)
• GS 7 – GS 15 (Headquarters)
• 4-year bachelor’s degree
• 20 semester hours in one or more of the following disciplines: computer science, information systems analysis, science/technology, information management, mathematics, computer engineering or electrical/electronic engineering.

Computer Scientist

• GS 7 – GS 14 (Field)
• GS 7 – GS 15 (Headquarters)
• 4-year bachelor’s degree
• 30 semester hours in a combination of mathematics, statistics, AND computer science.
• 15 of the 30 semester hours must have been in any combination of statistics and mathematics that included differential and integral calculus.
• Pass the employment background investigation requirements and be able to receive a Top Secret security clearance
