BerkOne is actively seeking an entry level Technical Integrator to join our growing team! The Technical Integrator monitors, maintains, and runs existing document imaging workflows and projects. Other functions include planning, directing, performing, and coordinating activities of designated workflow and projects to ensure the objectives of the project are accomplished within prescribed requirements, deadlines, and funding parameters. A successful candidate has basic technical competency, a Bachelor’s Degree in computer science or combination of an Associate’s Degree with comparable experience, and ability to utilize technology to meet project requirements.
Position Duties:
Tests, documents, and implements project plans and workflows; including time frame, procedures, and allotment of available resources to various phases of the project.
Utilizes existing technological and workflow methodologies to meet project requirements and improve efficiencies.
Assumes responsibility for assigned workflows/projects by maintaining and performing minor modifications to existing applications.
Takes initiative to correct project/workflow threatening incidents.
Confers with project staff to outline work plan and to assign/train duties, responsibilities, and define scope of authority.
Directs and coordinates activities of project resources to ensure project progresses on schedule and within prescribed budget.
Prepares workflow/project reports and billable items for management, client, or others.
Performs necessary quality assurance steps to meet client and company requirements.
Provides technical assistance with priority alerts and calls as needed. Includes periodic handling of department help desk phone.
Works within various software suites/packages to manipulate, output, and publish electronic data
Confers with project personnel and clients to provide technical advice and issue resolution.
Communicates effectively with other departments.
Other duties as assigned.

Basic Microsoft Windows Operating System and Server knowledge
Entry level SharePoint knowledge
Basic PC Hardware Support and Maintenance
Scanner Hardware/Software Installation, Support, and Maintenance
Proficient use of Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat, Acrobat Cluster, dtSearch, WinZip, FTP and other various software applications preferred
Microsoft Access
Visual Basic
Required Education:
4 Year Degree in Computer Science or a related field of study or 2 year degree with 4 years of work experience
AnyDoc Core Class is a plus!
