JOB SUMMARY
The Patient Screener will screen patients for social needs at various sites within the hospital or via telephone. Bilingual candidates are strongly encouraged to apply.
Position Requirements:

· Personality/demeanor to work with diverse individuals in a variety of settings
· Reliable transportation
