 JOB TITLE: Patient Screener

HOURLY RATE OF PAY: $14.00/hr

JOB SUMMARY

The Patient Screener will screen patients for social needs at various sites within the hospital or via telephone. Bilingual candidates are strongly encouraged to apply.

Position Requirements:

· Desire to serve the community

· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

· Independent worker

· Personality/demeanor to work with diverse individuals in a variety of settings

· Reliable transportation

· Computer skills and ability to work on iPad tablets

· Ability to work a minimum 12 hours per week.

· Ability to maintain confidentiality

Time Block: FALL August/September-December

SPRING January-April/May

SUMMER/WINTER Available upon request
