Full Time Application Support Engineer

There is currently an opportunity available at East Penn Manufacturing 

for a  Computer Application Support Programmer in IT Services. 

Responsibilities will include but not limited to:

·     Support and structure maintenance of existing and future system applications/ reports in a local area Network environment of varying structure (D.O.S., NOVELL, WINDOWS, LINUX etc…)

·     Assisting the I. T. Help Desk in solving help calls when necessary and providing primary backup and development support to programmers.

·     Investigate and resolve system inadequacies.

The qualified candidate should possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, high level of problem solving skills, working knowledge of application/report development. Experience in Database/Windows or Cobol/Linux environment preferred.  Technical degree in computer programming or related experience required.
