Position Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented, organized, and tech-savvy Records Organizer to join our team on a part-time basis. In this fully remote role, you will be responsible for reviewing, organizing, and labeling medical, legal, and financial records using Adobe Acrobat and Microsoft Excel. This position plays a critical role in helping our experts quickly access the information they need to support legal cases.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and organize digital case records (PDF format)
• Bookmark, label, and paginate documents in Adobe Acrobat
• Create and maintain record logs and tracking spreadsheets in Microsoft Excel
• Ensure all documents are properly named, formatted, and searchable
• Maintain strict confidentiality and follow internal protocols for handling sensitive legal documents
• Communicate with internal team members to clarify document requirements or address missing files

Qualifications
• Proficiency in Adobe Acrobat (Pro) and Microsoft Excel
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent written communication and time management
• Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule

Position Summary

Students who are interested in this program will gain experience in aviation cybersecurity and data security. Interns will be working at a large hub international airport and participating in hands on monitoring of cybersecurity systems used daily by the Information Security team. 

Assignments will include:

· Monitoring the airport’s suite of cybersecurity tools for threats to airport systems.

· Assisting with report generation and analysis including user access reports, security awareness training

reports, system vulnerability reports.
