Position Background

CT Global Solutions is currently looking for an intern for its Allentown, PA-based consulting team.  This individual will support various consulting projects under way. The intern will specifically support our team in the areas of data preparation and manipulation. The intern will also get exposure to how a consulting firm designs, develops, implements and supports technical consulting projects. There will also be significant mentoring by both senior consulting staff and firm management. 

Role & Responsibilities

• Work on data preparation and data integration using SAS tools.
• Support data integration and automation of reporting.
• Develop advanced custom code to augment SAS software for client specific needs
• Support various parts of the firm with documentation, research and presentations.

Qualifications (required unless noted otherwise)

• Enrolled in Undergraduate degree program in computer science or other quantitative field with computer science coursework/experience
• Technical competence in at least one programming language using embedded SQL querying language
• Ability to manipulate large quantities of complex data
• Familiarity with SAS, Access, VBA, HTML, etc.

Duration – September 2017 through February 2018.
