Strategist – Web Analytics Position
Description
Position Summary: Responsible for the tracking and reporting of
web sales and traffic and partnering cross-functionally to develop and promote
analytic expertise. Identify actionable
profit-based marketing and product opportunities through customer analysis and
statistical information.
Responsibilities:
Ø
Update standard set of core analytic reports
(daily, monthly, seasonal)

Lead analysis and regular reporting of key KPI’s
and site performance web metrics
·
Analyze response, conversion funnel and sales
data and formulate conclusions
·
Effectively communicate performance results,
relevant trending and identified areas of opportunity
Ø
Prepare ad-hoc analysis on request by
stakeholders
Ø
Quality Control
·
Responsible for managing analytical tagging
·
Monitor analytic variables to ensure firing
properly
·
Validate core variables after production pushes
Ø
Collaborate with marketing team to support
strategic development and positioning of the Paul Fredrick brand
Ø
Competitive Analysis
Desired Skills and Experience:
Ø
Qualifications:
·
4-year college degree in
Mathematics, Economics, Finance, Marketing, or comparable field
·
Experience with Adobe Analytics
(Omniture) or Google Analytics a plus
·
Google Tag Manager (GTM) and/or Adobe Tag Manager (DTM) experience
a plus
Ø
Skills:
·
Strong analytical, statistical and presentation
skills
·
Thorough understanding of web analytics and
direct marketing concepts
·
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (formulas, pivot
tables)
·
Ability to communicate professionally and
effectively with peers and supervisor (including well developed listening
skills)
·
Strong strategic thinking and planning skills
and ability to coordinate and prioritize projects
·
Consistent achievement of goals
·
Desire to learn and continually stay up to date
on digital technology
