Position Summary
The IT Specialist provides support to all staff, faculty, students, labs, classroom, and public access computers on campus. This includes performing preventive maintenance, as well as troubleshooting hardware, software, and other computer attached peripherals. Helps with endpoint data recovery and uses the ticketing and hardware inventory tracking systems daily.
