We are seeking students majoring
in the following disciplines: Computer Science, Math, or related majors.
In return, we offer worldly experience. You are paid for the hours
you intern.
CAI is currently looking for
candidates seeking an IT internship position. We are looking for
candidates from local Colleges or Universities local to the Allentown, PA.
area-- as we would like them to work 12-15 hours in the fall/spring and
continue on for as long as you would like. During breaks, you can work more
hours. The hours are very flexible; we will work around your class
schedule and are very supportive with your academic goals.
You get paid as well as gain the
experience that is second to none!
This person will help develop
"content" for a proprietary system and do ad hoc projects as they
arise. He/she will interact with external clients-- so good communication
skills are needed. This is a great opportunity for a candidate to get
'hands on' IT experience. This internship pays $12/hr.
CAI has hired over 40 interns
over the past year and over 150 college graduates since 2002 in our
Allentown, HQ.
Location: Allentown, Pa

Commonwealth Public Service Intern program
The Commonwealth Public Service Intern program is a paid ($14.03/hour), six month internship, which provides a flexible pathway for college students to advance from this internship program to Commonwealth employment in a variety of occupations. Following successful completion of this program, students will be promoted to a full-time, permanent position with the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania!
We have many opportunities available
for internships starting next spring and summer. Students who are interested in participating in
these internships need to submit their applications by November 1, 2016.
Requirements
are as follows: Current enrollment as a full-time undergraduate student
in an accredited college/university in a declared bachelor’s degree program and
successful completion of at least 60 college credits at the time of hire.
Full-time undergraduate students who have successfully completed at least 30
college credits and anticipate the completion of at least 60 college credits at
the time of hire may apply for this program. Students need authorization
from their school to participate in this program.

Web Developer Intern in Kutztown (unpaid)
The Northeast Berks Chamber of Commerce is looking to hire an unpaid Web Developer intern/coop. While this is an unpaid position, it is a great resume builder, especially for someone looking to do web development upon graduation. The requirements dictate a student who is a team player,
detail-oriented, and demonstrates excellent communication skills, expertise in
WordPress, web functions, standards, and testing & development. Experience will include front-end and
back-end knowledge and experience; ability to follow task-oriented and
time-bound deadlines; understanding and ability to communicate technical terms
to non-technical stakeholders; experience with html, java, cgi, image editing,
cms, psd, sql, css, apple/google development. They are interested in a semester-long commitment at a minimum
and a student’s willingness to sign a confidentiality agreement.
